If your answer is yes, we need your help at Mokuyokai's 27th Annual Cherry Blossoms Festival (Ohanami) at UBC Nitobe Garden and Asian Centre!

Date: Saturday April 9, 2011
Event Time: 12(noon) to 7pm

Volunteer Orientation/Meeting: Saturday, March 19, 2011
Volunteer Hours:
All day 11am – 8pm (super volunteer)
Morning 11am – 2pm
Afternoon 2pm – 5pm
Evening 5pm – 8pm
Volunteer Duties
Morning - setup & signage; registration & information booth; matcha/bento/snack sales; origami; yukata-dressing; tea ceremony coordinator
Afternoon - registration & information booth; matcha/bento/snack sales; origami; yukata-dressing; tea ceremony coordinator
Evening - registration & information booth; matcha/bento/snack sales; setup/take down lanterns; take down/cleanup
