Join us for a fun night of dinner and karaoke on Friday, July 8th!
Mokuyokai usually holds a Dinnerkai every month, but this month we are going to Karaoke as well. It will be a great evening, and you can come for dinner, karaoke or both!

During the event, Mokuyokai will raise funds for those affected by the earthquake and tsunami. We will have a donation envelope and 100% of the donations will be forwarded to the Red Cross Japan Relief Fund. From $1 to $10, every donation helps!
Dinner at Aki Japanese Restaurant from 6.30-8.30pm
Aki Japanese restaurant is an authentic izakaya in downtown, offering traditional Japanese food such as robata or charcoal grilled fish, meats and vegetables and noodles like fried noodle, udon and soba. They also serve curry rice with pork cutlet and of course sushi.
You won't be disappointed with the service, the traditional Japanese atmosphere with wooden decore and the quality of the food!

Karaoke at Fantacity from 8.30-11.00pm
Fantacity is located right across Aki restaurant. They have a good song selection in English and Japanese. You can sing Korean and Chinese songs too if you wish!
We will rent a private room and sing with our own Mokuyokai group unlike North American style bars where you sing in front of strangers. For those who have never been to karaoke before, this will be a great chance to try out singing in a friendly atmosphere!
