Please join us for another fun cooking event with Mokuyokai Iron Chef* Shaun Krislock. This time, we'll be preparing and enjoying Nabe Ryori aka "Hot Pot". During this informal evening, we'll work together to prepare the different hot pots.
Shaun is planning to have three different hot pots, each with a different flavour. Wow! All these hot pots will contain meat and/or fish, so this event is not vegetarian friendly. Sorry!
For this event, we need some equipment. If you have a portable gas cooker like this:

Cancellation Policy: Mokuyokai will buy the ingredients in advance of the event. We will ask no-shows or people who cancel last minute (the night before) to honour the participation fee. Also, if there is a waiting list, last-minute cancellations or no-shows will mean others cannot attend. Thank-you for your understanding.
* Note: Shaun is not actually an Iron Chef (but he is very good!)
木曜会の料理の鉄人ショーン クリスロック* と一生に鍋料理を作って、食べましょう！この行事で、皆は材料を洗ったり、切ったり、じゅんびしたりして、おいしい料理を作ります。ショーンさんの予定は、三しゅるいの鍋料理を作ろうと思っています！ウァ〜オ〜！！今回の鍋料理には、お肉や魚が入るから、残念ですが、ベジタリアンの方には合わないと思います。
