Make Your Own Sushi Cooking Night: Sat, July 16th (6:30-9:30pm)

Please join us for another fun cooking event with Mokuyokai Iron Chef* Shaun Krislock. This time, we'll be preparing and enjoying "temaki zushi" or "hand rolled sushi". During this informal evening, we'll work together to prepare the sushi rice, and a wide variety of fillings, including your usual sushi favourites plus some you might be surprised by. When it's time to eat, we'll make little sushi cones by hand, each containing a few ingredients. Space is limited and Mokuyokai cooking nights fill up quickly, so rsvp soon!

Price: Members: $16, Non-members: $20

Parking: there is metered parking on the street, but if an event is happening that night at BC place, parking is tight. The nearest Skytrain Stations are Stadium or Yaletown.

Maximum number of participants: 20
Cancellation Policy: Mokuyokai will buy the ingredients in advance of the event. We will ask no-shows or people who cancel last minute (the night before) to honour the participation fee. Also, if there is a waiting list, last-minute cancellations or no-shows will mean others cannot attend. Thank-you for your understanding.
